In August of last year this officer was on her way home from work in Toronto on the public transit system at 4:00 in the afternoon.
During her journey she observed a road rage incident between two male drivers. While stopped at a major intersection a large male was seen to be chasing a smaller male around motor vehicles that were stopped in the roadway.
The officer reacted decisively and left the bus she was travelling on the intercede. She noticed the larger man knock the other man to the ground and while holding him by the throat take out a pocket knife and raise the knife above the victim’s head as if to stab him in the throat.
Acting with no regard for her personal safety the officer interceded and ordered the man to drop the knife. The officer |
