- The Art of Leadership presented by Catherine Nanton of Interactive Training Solutions
- Lunch: The Annual General Meeting will be held for OWLE members only-Room to be announced
- The Russell Williams Case Review presented by Detective Inspector Chris Nicholas, and Detective Constable Michelle Haggerty Ontario Provincial Police*** in order to attend this session, attendees MUST have sworn an oath of secrecy.

Hotel Accomodations - Four Points Sheraton Hotel, 1926 Lakeshore Blvd. West, Toronto.
The hotel is only about 15 minutes east of the Toronto Police College.
Room rate is available for Saturday November 19th (in case you want to come into to the City for the weekend)
and the majority are set aside for Sunday November 20th
Room Rates - Lakeside Single/Double Occupancy ( King or 2 Doubles) - $130.00 plus taxes
Cityside Single/Double Occupancy ( Single Queen ) - $115.00 plus taxes
Rooms must be booked by November 4th to get the OWLE rate.
