Good afternoon, we have been monitoring the events over the past week as the Covid-19 situation has been dynamically changing.
The health and safety of our community is of utmost importance and in consideration of keeping our first responders safe we along with our Advisory Committee are choosing to cancel the 22nd Annual OWLE Awards Banquet.
Details for those who have purchased tickets or corporate tables:
Refunds for tickets and corporate tables purchased through Eventbrite will be immediately processed.
The Courtyard Marriott hotel has a Covid-19 cancellation policy on their website. If you have booked a hotel, I suggest that you please review their cancellation website and contact the hotel directly.
Details for Award Nominees:
Our Advisory Committee will be reviewing all 111 Major Award Submissions and choosing winners. We will provide awards to those winner and will deliver them the individual award winner. We will also submit those winners to the IAWP call for nominations.
If you have been nominated for a Service Award we will invite you to next year’s awards banquet to receive your award.
